Two generations, one standard of building

Chase Fine Homes was founded by Chase Dalton to bring a new generation of craftsmanship to Round Top, La Grange, and the Fayette County countryside — building on a family legacy of homebuilding that spans more than four decades.

That legacy begins with Chase's father and partner, Lenny Dalton, whose roots trace back to the early years of residential development in Texas. Over his career, Lenny led several successful residential building and development companies — including Dakota Blue Homes and Tuscany Estate Homes — earning a reputation for homes that balance architectural character with lasting construction quality. His work has been recognized by the Greater Houston Builders Association, including PRISM Awards for excellence in residential design and honors for contributions to community housing through HomeAid Houston.

Today, father and son carry that tradition forward together. Chase leads every Fayette County project hands-on as owner, with Lenny alongside as partner — pairing a fresh design perspective with decades of proven building experience. The approach is simple: build homes with integrity, guide clients through a clear and organized process, and deliver residences that feel timeless, comfortable, and deeply personal.
